THE ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2023-24 “ODYSSÉE OLYMPIQUE”
It was a day filled with excitement, cheers, and incredible displays of athleticism as Sacred Heart Convent International School hosted its Annual Sports Day on 18 November 2023 . The event brought together students, teachers, and parents in a celebration of sportsmanship and teamwork.
The day commenced with a grand opening ceremony presided by the Chief Guest Sumeet Singh, Regional PF Commissioner, Surabhi Malik, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana and Rishi Pal Singh, Registrar PAU Ludhiana. Along with Our Manager, Sr Chantal; Principal,Sr Shanthi DSouza; Vice-Principal, Sr Sabina; The Principal of Sacred Heart Convent School, Sr Veena, and The Superior of the Convent and KG Headmistress, Sr Sudha and the other community sisters also graced the occasion. The spirit of healthy competition was evident throughout the day, as participants showcased their skills in various performances, sports and games.
From the adrenaline-pumping sprints to the strategic brilliance on the field, every moment was a testament to the dedication and hard work put in by students, teachers and coaches. Cheers echoed across the campus as winners were crowned.
Notably, parents, teachers and the helping staff showcased their athletic prowess by actively participating in friendly competitions like Tug of War and Partner Race, fostering a sense of community.It was a day where the entire Sacred Heart International Community came together to celebrate not only physical prowess but also the values of resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
