A staff orientation programme on “Teacher’s Wellbeing First” was conducted by Ms. Maninderjit Ahuja on July 02, 2026 to promote the emotional and professional well-being of teachers.
The session was insightful, interactive, and engaging, with a variety of activities that encouraged self-reflection and teamwork.
Teachers shared their dreams and aspirations, participated in role-plays depicting workplace challenges and their solutions, and wrote appreciation notes for their colleagues, fostering positivity and mutual respect. A lively dance segment added fun and energy to the session, while discussions on stress management emphasised the importance of unloading emotional burdens and unlearning habits that hinder personal growth.
The key message of the programme was to inspire every teacher to become a “keynote listener” expressing themselves with confidence while listening with empathy, understanding, and respect.
Overall, the orientation was a refreshing and motivating experience that reinforced the significance of teacher well-being in creating a happy and productive learning environment.
