“Learn continually” – there’s always “one more thing” to learn

Keeping the above mentioned quote in mind our teachers experienced a very informative and enlightening session conducted by Father Nelson A D’Silva on 6th July 2023. This day-long session was administered with the aim of educating the teachers about the various types of personalities and their associated behaviours.

Father motivated the teachers to identify their and their learner’s personality type and accordingly shape their teaching pedagogy. Teachers were made to participate in various engaging activities which helped them to think out of the box and find solutions to all the behavioural problems faced by them.

The main aim of the workshop was to enhance the teacher’s communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to function in professional and social settings effectively. It was a transformational session for all as they discovered their own values and potentials with father’s help and guidance.

Overall, the session left the teachers enriched and all motivated to start afresh after the rejuvenating summer break.
