Empowering learners through informed preparation and purposeful guidance
In alignment with Cambridge’s commitment to nurturing academic excellence, on October 3, 2025 the school hosted the Cambridge Checkpoint Examination Orientation Programme for students and parents of Grade 5 and Grade 8. The session aimed to provide comprehensive guidance and clarity as students prepare to embark on their Checkpoint journey.
The orientation offered an in-depth overview of the exam structure, assessment objectives, and evaluation criteria, equipping learners with a clear understanding of expectations. Students were guided on developing effective study habits, mastering time management, and approaching assessments with confidence and precision.
Parents, as vital partners in this journey, received valuable insights on how best to support and motivate their children through the preparation phase. Practical strategies, curated resources, and proven exam techniques were shared to strengthen students’ readiness and performance.
The programme served as a vital platform for collaboration between school, students, and parents—ensuring every learner is empowered with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to excel in the Cambridge Checkpoint Examinations.
