On December 9, 2024, Sacred Heart Convent International School, in collaboration with the Center of Excellence—an affiliate of the World Koshiki Karate Do Federation (Tokyo, Japan)—hosted an advanced karate training workshop. This exceptional event was led by Shihan Andrew Relay, a 7th Degree Black Belt and the Federation’s head in Australia.
The workshop provided students with a unique opportunity to learn from a global martial arts icon. Shihan Andrew introduced participants to international training patterns, point systems, and partner training techniques. His dynamic session featured practical demonstrations, hands-on drills, and expert insights, emphasizing precision, strategy, and discipline essential for global competitions.
