To celebrate International Yoga Day and honour India’s rich cultural heritage, the students of grades 1-10 along with their teachers came together with great enthusiasm and participated in a meaningful Yoga activity.
Under the able guidance of the PT teachers, they performed a variety of yoga exercises, stretches, and asanas designed to improve physical fitness, flexibility, and mental well-being.
The mentors explained the benefits of each activity and guided them in practising the correct techniques and postures. They also inspired them to make yoga a regular part of their daily routine.
The event highlighted the importance of discipline, concentration, and self-care while paying tribute to India’s timeless tradition of yoga.
