The Carol Singing Competition for Grades 1 to 5 unfolded on December 7, 2024, in the RFC Auditorium. This much-awaited event was a celebration of melody, unity, and the joyous spirit of Christmas. Adding a touch of grace and warmth to the occasion, the Sisters from the Sacred Heart community joined as special guests, their presence infusing the event with a serene and joyful energy.
The students, adorned in vibrant and festive costumes, transported the audience into a world of music and devotion. With each performance, they captured the essence of Christmas, focusing on the miracle of Jesus’ birth. From traditional hymns to contemporary tunes, each class brought its unique rendition, blending preparation, passion, and a deep connection to the true meaning of the season.
Sister Shanthi Dsouza, the school’s Principal, graced the event with her prayers and words of encouragement, creating a spirit of togetherness and celebration. After a delightful showcase of talent, the results were announced, honoring the most harmonious performances. Among Grades 1 and 2, Class 2-B emerged as the winner, with Class 2-A securing the second position. In the Grades 3 to 5 category, Class 3-A claimed the first prize, while Class 5-B followed as the worthy runner-up.
