“Children are the seeds of today,

blossoming into the trees of tomorrow”

The Green Day celebration was held in the Nursery class on 16.09.2024 and was filled with fun activities and engaging games. The children, accompanied by their parents, came dressed in green outfits, and the classroom was decorated with green-themed items such as plants, green vegetables, fruit hangings, and various other artworks.

Some of the activities included art and craft like earthen pot decoration, finger painting, and DIY tree making. A few engaging and fun games, such as Pass Through the Hulahoop, Imitate the Ball, and Housie with a Twist, were also played. Children were encouraged to say two lines about their favorite green vegetable or fruit.

Seeing the enthusiasm on the children’s faces was truly heartwarming. The parents’ wholehearted participation made the day truly memorable. At the end of the celebration, each student was presented with a small takeaway in the form of a flower sapling. The day concluded with the children happily munching on green-colored snacks like cucumber slices and green apples, fostering a love for nature and the environment.
