It was a vibrant and heartwarming day at Sacred Heart Convent International School as our young culinary stars from Classes 1 and 2 took center stage in the much-anticipated Healthy Tiffin Competition.
The event aimed to promote nutritious eating habits among our youngest learners, and the results were truly impressive. From colourful vegetable idlis to thoughtfully arranged fruit salads, each tiffin box reflected creativity, nutritional awareness, and a delightful sense of presentation. The enthusiasm and effort put forth by the students were evident in every bite-sized creation.
A special note of gratitude goes to our esteemed judges, Ms. Seema Chopra and Ms. Anju Bagga, whose valuable insights and encouraging words made the event even more meaningful. Their assessment, based on both presentation and nutritional value, helped reinforce the core message of balanced and mindful eating.
More than just a competition, this initiative was a joyful and engaging way to help children understand the importance of healthy food choices. It also provided a wonderful platform for parents and children to collaborate in making wellness a part of everyday life.
