Sacred Heart Convent International School recently hosted a memorable Thanksgiving event, blending gratitude, reflection, and appreciation. The occasion echoed our institution’s values, fostering thankful hearts and celebrating life’s beauty through both words and actions.
The event began with a solemn prayer which was followed by a touching play highlighting the significance of a grateful heart. Next, the choir expressed gratitude to teachers and nature, evoking a sense of unity and appreciation.
The announcement of the new student cabinet members by Sister Principal was a significant moment, accompanied with a reminder for the students to reflect on their personal achievements with gratitude.
The ceremony also saw the conferral of the Best Class Awards, recognizing exemplary discipline and achievements across both the junior and senior wing. Class UKG A and Class 7-B were honored for discipline, while Class 1-B and Class 7-A were celebrated for outstanding extracurricular achievements. Furthermore, students from Grade I-IX were commended for their dedication and hard work.
Mesmerizing dance performances by 9th-grade students enthralled the audience, showcasing their talent and creativity. The event concluded with students gifting plants as a gesture of gratitude to Sister Principal, Sister Vice Principal, teachers, non teaching staff and workers, urging everyone to cherish life’s blessings and express gratitude daily.
