An educational 6-day school trip for students in grades 8-10 to Bangalore, Mysore, and Ooty was organised from 12th Oct to 18th Oct,which was an unforgettable educational adventure. Led by our esteemed Manager, Sr. Chantal, and dedicated Principal, Sr. Shanthi D’Souza, along with seven staff members, this journey provided a unique blend of learning and fun.
We began with a visit to Chamundi Hills in Mysore, followed by enlightening stops at St. Philomena Church and the opulent Mysore Palace. A trip to a Tea Factory in Ooty deepened our understanding of the tea-making process. Exploring the Botanical Garden in Ooty and the Brindavan Garden in Mysore allowed students to appreciate the beauty of nature.
In Bengaluru, we enjoyed the thrills at Wonderla, and the Heritage Centre and Aerospace Museum showcased India’s technological achievements. A visit to Orion Mall in Bengaluru allowed for some retail therapy.
This educational journey not only broadened our horizons but also fostered a sense of togetherness and lifelong memories. We wish to organize more such exciting trips that enrich our students’ experiences!
